crows are looming

Today was a very cold and foggy day to go for a walk, but I met with a couple of friends and thats what we ended up doing. We headed to Hardwick Hall and just had a walk around the grounds there.  The 3 of us met in college a few years ago now and since then we've stayed good friends. We go on little trips together whenever I'm back home-home and manage to arrange a date (they work a lot, i'm hours away in silly ol' Edinburgh). It's always just so...NICE. I never feel uncomfortable around them. Which sounds kinda strange, but after 2 years in Edinburgh I still have trouble sometimes really being myself there. It was a beautiful day despite the fog and the cold. I found it sort of refreshing.

I've decided to make a blog to start documenting things I do and things I like and films I've seen. Yaknow, the typical stuff. I take a lot of photos and I enjoy editing them but never really have anywhere to put them. I've not been a huge fan of Instagram lately, I find it a bit hard to actually take in what people are posting. Blogs on the other hand- I've been finding it so much fun to read what people write! Even those weird ones where they haven't posted since 2010. Its like reading someones diary. My sister is a real pro at blogging, so I've been asking her for help!
